Had an NFC Personnel executive tell me “He reminds me of J.J. Watt, when Watt was coming out. An explosive and versatile playmaker who has a high motor and can line up at 3,5, or 7. Very strong kid” #NFL#NFLDraftpic.twitter.com/5qM3g6OrMr
Karlaftis is kind of a tough one for me. I love what he brings and its needed. But he really doesn't have the upside a guy like Charles O has as a rusher. He's kind of the anvil. Without a hammer he struggles. But with he's an excellent piece to have. [Reply]
He's been getting better. These playoffs are critical to deciding what he's worth.
If he balls out and helps us win another, I'd try to get him done early this offseason and hopefully that allows you to get him a bit cheaper than you otherwise would. McDuffie would remain priority #1 and really needs done this summer. [Reply]

Same.
George is good at everything but not great at any one thing either.
He also looks like a guy that will consistently get you around 7-9 sacks a year, with an occasional 12 sack year.
And while Jones is still playing at an all pro level I'd love to see an actual elite pass rusher on the line with him. [Reply]
Karlaftis is gonna be the toughest player evaluation we’ve seen in a long time. If you can agree to the 4/75 deal listed above I would do that immediately. That would put him at the 16th highest APY when signed and likely below 20th highest as time goes on.
I’d be ecstatic if we got him for that deal [Reply]
Jones is gonna eventually age out and in normal O.city fashion, I'm gonna piss people off who think it's a bad idea, but if the Cowboys or Browns want to move one of the elite rushers, I'd sniff around. [Reply]

Karlaftis has been a far better pass rusher than Omenihu has ever been. [Reply]
