UFC 120 is free on Spike TV tomorrow starting at 7 pm CST. Akiyama vs Bisping headlining a tape-delayed broadcast from the UK. Also Carlos Condit vs Dan Hardy should be fun while it lasts. [Reply]

Awesome. Thanks for the heads up. I probably would have missed it. [Reply]
I think Cain wins unless Brock gets the fight to the ground(as always). Brock got exposed BAD in his last fight, Cain is a MUCH better striker and hes fast and accurate.
And Velasquez won't gas out ike Carwin did. Brock is going to have his hands full. Should Brock win, I think he rolls through Dos Santos, and it will be a while before he loses, or maybe until he fights Carwin again which would be probably Summer 2011. [Reply]

While I agree with alot of this I'm just not sure that even if Cain keeps the fight standing that he's got the power to put Brock away... I mean Carwin was knocking the sh*t out of Brock and if he doesn't have the power to knock the dude out then who does. Carwin's got as much punching power as anyone in the UFC. Then again as you brought up Cain is much more technical and precise with his punches. So it could happen. Should be a damned good fight however it plays out. [Reply]
JMO, but I don't think that a lot of the top MMA guys take the sustained punishment that boxers do. Yes, the individual punches they get rocked with are just as bad (maybe worse b/c of the gloves), but getting peppered with a couple hundred shots to the face would be far worse for the brain, I'd think. You have to think about every time their head hits that mat, or any sort of jarring, I bet we see a lot of these MMA guys with some serious cases of of dementia. [Reply]
