Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
The fuck are you talking about? Alex has a good OL, Tyreek, Kelce and Hunt and we still had struggles on offense his last year here. We struggled so much that Andy gave playcalling duties to Nagy.
No. The weapons wouldn’t make a difference for Alex [Reply]

It was a response to Stephen A, kinda pointing out how dumb his argument was. [Reply]

There's no doubt that Mahomes is in the perfect spot with a great surrounding cast, but nobody in the NFL maximizes them like he does. Nobody.
Mahomes perpetually hits Kelce when he's "covered." I love Kelce to death, but let's not act like he always has 3 feet of space around him. [Reply]
Can’t help but think Alex’s ceiling with the 2019 team was a divisional round loss against an inferior Texans squad (losing to inferior teams was tradition for 49er castoff QB’s). Love the dude as a person, but I think those 4 first half touchdowns with Pat may have been a touchdown and two field goals with Alex (or worse, 3 field goals). I also doubt BOB has the urgency to impulsively go for it up 17 which ended up being a game-defining momentum shift for the Chiefs.
We know what the excuses would have been too. “Ward blew all those coverages. So many dropped passes! The turnovers! Chris Jones played basketball!! How could you blame this on our QB?!”
They wouldn’t have been wrong, but what the cynical Chiefsplaneteers had been saying is that those problems can be overcome with a franchise QB. Little did we know we’d get a QB who not only could overcome those problems, but drop a 50 burger and turn a 24 point deficit into an ass-kicking. [Reply]

^^^Just roll through the first couple of pages of that Texans thread for more gems like this. [Reply]
