You know a team is terrible when preseason means everything. Reminds me of the late Cassel days. This Denver team is less talented than those Chief teams too... [Reply]

Chargers, this is your chance . . . . you better take advantage of it this year before your window completely closes . . . . .
The window just closed while the arm of one of their starters was in the sill. Broken arm with ligament damage. Will need surgery. Out for the year. [Reply]
Mahomes throws 5 beautiful TD's in practice- Knowmo gets on a Chiefs board and celebrates an INT that bounced off a receiver's chest as proof Mahomes is a Bust.
I think he might be onto something. Grbac couldn't throw it and then catch it either. We know how that turned out. [Reply]
Terrell Davis on Royce Freeman: "I've talked to people in Denver. and they're just thrilled by what they see in camp and what they saw in minicamp from Royce Freeman. They think he's going to be the starting running back."https://t.co/8qokeaqvXz
Observations
The Chiefs kicked off Thursday’s practice with some intensity before another off day on Friday. The music was loud and the coaches were louder. Andy Reid was spotted shadowing PMINT closely and getting in his ear about every little detail that he could. This is probably a response to the media taking notice of PMINT’s interception filled practice on Wednesday.
PMINT continues to learn and grow as a NFL quarterback. A concerning trend developing in practice was that PMINT seemed to struggle the closer the Chiefs got to the goal line. He seems to do a better job when he has a larger portion of the field to work with. Red zone drills have been where a lot of the miscommunications and interceptions have occurred thus far. Today it seems that PMINT improved in that area quite a bit from previous practices, but it’s still something that needs work.
