It's Santa Monica - you can see the California Incline heading up the bluff from Hwy 1 on the left, with the big round pedestrian bridge. It's very distinctive.

I almost added "or Santa Monica". I knew it was one of those Santa towns because I stayed in a hotel once at the top of that little bluff. I was thinking it was further up the coast, though. [Reply]
