Who knows if there is even anything to the charges. I mean, why wait 5 years to report it? Maybe he did it, but how do you prove it after 5 years? We know that Hill did what he did. We don't like it, but most of us don't hold it against him because it happened long before he became a Chief and he's been a model citizen since being here. However, the morons calling him the KC Strangler better be just as hard on Goatsex, or thry can :-) about Hill.
Yeah, would like to see more info on this one... the entire #metoo movement has brought up a lot of good and bad accusations. Hell, I think back to college and drunken hookups and there are so many that could be twisted to be an incredibly wicked event. Especially now. Again, if he's guilty - the guy should pay the price, but I really wonder about the timeframe. Winston has a history of issues which do not help him.

It's not just "accusations"...the evidence was substantial enough to warrant a $50,000 bond. NFL suspension is the least of his problems...he's looking at real prison time.

Obviously... unless I've missed it, very few details are out there. Just saying it will be interesting to learn more about the facts, esp given the time that elapsed.

Bull fucking shit. The altitude is nearly insurmountable early on when teams aren't in shape. Denver has been near UNBEATABLE in September in Pile High since the rules on practice time changed. Even bad Denver teams (like last year) have gotten three cheap wins a year due to those September home games.

Denver has won the division and made the playoffs countless times due to this cheap advantage. Games should be outlawed in that dump anyway, but that's another conversation all together.

The Chiefs were voted as having the best weapons in the NFL...Denver was down in the dumpster with the dregs of the league. Carry on...

I drove by Pile High this past weekend.

Could smell the HGH and grease oozing out of the stadium.

They could play all 8 home games to start a season... go 8-0, doesn't mean they'll do any better in the final 8 road games.

Sure, they can get an early cushion, but the schedule evens out. I still believe the greater advantage would be Denver hosting more late season home games when it's cold and teams are dealing with injuries. Playing in Denver early when the weather is nice, I would suggest that makes it better for the visiting team.

Your race analogy doesn't really compare unless we're going to race 16 times and we flip who gets the head start. But, carry on.

I realize we'll never agree on this one and that's fine. I would still prefer them to have more late home games. I'm not going to worry much about it until someone decides to waste a day thumbing through league wide comparisions to see how many other teams have seen a similar flow to their schedules.
You have plenty of nothing to say as usual... Carry on. :-)

Exactly the case. Their stellar Sept home record is no accident.

What would you attribute all of the early home games to?

Luck? Coincidence?

They've had 2 OR 3 cheap wins a year for DECADES.Always start out with AT LEAST TWO home games the first month. Never seen anything like it and total horse shit.

Yep. Ive had that same argument with the Mile High Mule Tool literally since the turn of the century. With each passing season, the argument continues to lean in my favor, and he becomes more long winded and delusional on the subject. :-)

It invalidates everything they've accomplished over the years, so there is that at least
