I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.
KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.
One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future. [Reply]

Hell, if someone would have told me they were going to be playing at the Elite 8, I would be asking where they bought their drugs at. [Reply]
After 6 holes of "golf"(swinging drunkenly at at white ball), again, thanks for the great season Cats. Found myself clapping more than crying. Again, congrats Butler on the well earned birth to the FF. [Reply]
That's very touching, especially after a soul crushing loss like that. I'm sure thats one moment those players and coaches will remember their whole lives.
Great fans. Much respect. I was in Aggieville yesterday with my wife and her friends to watch the game. As a Mizzou fan, I know crushing disappointment as well as anyone. I was very impressed with how they carried themselves after the game was over. Everybody just said "Very disappointed, but we had a great year." and everyone was calm and orderly. No riots, no drunken hooligans, just class. That video of the team coming home is what college sports is supposed to be all about. Mad props to K-State today. Here's one Mizzou Tiger who salutes the team and the fans in Manhattan. [Reply]

George, if I were Todd Haley I'd flip you off. :-) [Reply]
