There is precedent for FSU… Ohio State in the first CFP lost their starting QB to injury in their regular season finale vs Michigan.
They crushed Wisconsin 59-0 with their back-up QB in the Big 10 Championship Game and were selected to the CFP.

Sorry FSU - your quarterback is hurt. Moving along.
Sorry Georgia, you've been great for several years but you've been a little vulnerable at times this year, you aren't a conference champ and you have the same record as several other teams. You essentially have the same resume as Ohio State. Better luck next year.
Michigan, Washington, Alabama and Texas. It just seems too easy for them to **** it up.
You aren't going to have no SEC teams in. You aren't going to put UGA in over 'Bama. And if you put Bama in, you can't keep Texas out for Georgia when Texas beat 'Bama on the road.
This is just a no brainer to me. But we shall see...
There is no way you can keep an undefeated FSU team out if they are undefeated. You can't punish them solely based on the fact that there starting QB got injured.
