In theory, Joseph learned much from the pitfalls of his initial season, so he has an edge in understanding the demands of the job. How much understanding he'll receive from John Elway is another matter.

When the Donks turn out to be as bad as we say they will, those guys will be in here spouting off about how talented the team is, but Vance Joseph was lost out there. Their new coach will have them a Superbowl contender next season.(along with another draft full of future hall of famer of course)

Denver had needs everywhere and the only position of strength for the team was OLB.

Elway spent 5 overall on an OLB and won’t be able to re-sign Barrett or Ray because of it.

It’s like trading Barrett, Ray and 5 overall for Chubb.

He better be a perennial all star or that’s a wasted pick.
