Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
Inject this god-awful analysis into my veins. It's hilarious to watch all of these analysts completely whiff on their hot takes over Mahomes. The chick getting cut off is the only one who saves face here lmao. [Reply]
Always remember this when the talking heads try to come off like experts. Hint...they’re not. They’re not looking at tape and spending hours on end alayzing guys. Nor would they eve know what to look for. They don’t know a teams offenses....their glorified sports talk radio guys who think way too highly of themselves.
Just imagine giving a radio show to four CPers... same thing.
Remember it the next time these morons on tv are telling how you should think. [Reply]
Kansas City is exercising the 5th year option on Mahomes rookie deal, while the still try to hammer out the details of a long-term contract~Per Me (just saw it across the ticker on the NFL Network about 30 minutes ago.) [Reply]

I figured it would be mid to late season when Patrick gets his contract extension. It's going to be mammoth sized. [Reply]

Why do they have to declare a 5th year option now entering his 4th year? [Reply]

That's just when the deadline is. You have to do it by May 1 before the 4th season. It's only guaranteed against injury. It's in the CBA, probably to give players more protection [Reply]
