All this talk about series, how network TV Sucks, and how hard it is to find quality shows, and some excellent shows that fly under the radar, I need a comprehensive review of all the series I need to see.
For good entertainment, I would be willing to buy DVD sets. But I've recently picked up HBOGO by kiping it from my parents, and recently got Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Here is a listing of shows that I currently own or have seen all the episodes of. If it isn't on the list, just assume I haven't seen it.

I work a fuckton, so it is hard for me catch a series while it is on to get it on the DVR, but I recognize the entertainment value and am willing to go after the Must See shows. Accordingly, I'm not necessarily looking for anything that is still running. I'm up for watching stuff that has run its course.
So what say you, Planet? Which shows should I see?

Shows like this usually start answering things in the final season. I'm not too concerned about it. I'm not the type that needs answers for every single thing, though. [Reply]

I'm interested to know what you think of S2.
I think I'm 4 episodes in and its been action packed. They were in Afganistan running down her heritage/truths whatever you'd like to call it. Now they're back in the states. We'll see if it holds up. So far its been fantastic though. [Reply]

They have to give you some payoff or you end up with Lost. [Reply]

Wow. Quite good. A number of twists and entertaining especially the last 5 minutes of the last episode. Damn, he is brutal:-)
One great point viewing Netflix on the computer (assuming you can't do this on the TV) is to set the screen/viewing speed from 50% playback up to 150%. I watch at 125% thus I can binge quicker:-)
I just finished the new season of Lincoln Lawyer. I love the series and this is the best season yet in my opinion. So well done and intriguing.
It certainly checks all the diversity boxes. Interacial male gay couple, black female judge, hot black female DA, etc. etc. [Reply]

I enjoyed it too.
It was a little preachy at times, disregarding the diversity stuff you mention. That didn’t bother me too much.
There was some compelling stuff in there, but I think it fell short of being great TV. I binged it pretty hard though. [Reply]
It has some plot holes and the AI sounding narration throughout is kind of annoying but the cinematography is amazing and the story is interesting enough
Also E5 gave me some serious 80s Skinemax flashbacks with Leila George IYKYK [Reply]
Several months ago I watched Gangs of London and forgot to post about it. I tuned in because the dude that played John Shelby on Peaky Blinders was in it. I was really hooked. I didn't see a BUNCH of the twists coming - especially early. That barfight in I think episode too was a holy shit moment. I was in until the end when he broke the dudes leg on the corner of the bar. It got pretty far out towards the end, but whatever. I'd recommend it.
I also watched Season 2 of the Diplomat. Normally that's not my bag, but I love Keri Russell (she's aged obviously, but she can still get it) and anything post-Americans gets a cursory look from me. I really enjoyed it. The performances are really friggin good. [Reply]

If that was a stunt Ass in The Americans, I just don't wanna know...
Bad sisters on Apple TV plus is awesome. Me and dad love it even though it’s technically a “girl” show. It’s incredibly funny and creative and hooks you pretty quick
Pretty much every show on Apple TV is good. Severance is an excellent one and probably their best but it only has one season thus far [Reply]

Not to discourage you but season 2 definitely gets pretty “out there”. But so far 3 seems like it’s guiding the viewer and wants to answer the questions eventually

Shrinking is pretty good as well.
THIS is what Harrison Ford should be doing now. He damn sure shouldn't be Indiana Jones. [Reply]
