I like to rag on the Donks as much as anyone. But let's be fair here. Kelce didn't play due to injury his first season. The same could have been said about him at this point in his career. Hopefully, he isn't half as good as Kelce. But we can't call him no good yet. [Reply]
Keenum is so good that his old team let him walk so they could make a guy that turned the ball over a stupid amount of time the highest amount of guaranteed money in NFL history.
Keenum is so good Elway didn’t even know his name when they introduced him.
He’s just good enough to get your team to 8-8/9-7...but will get exposed every year in the playoffs and in big games. [Reply]
Knowshow can post every positive thing he can find about Keesum but the fact remains...The Vikings saw him in meetings, practice and in games and came to the conclusion he wasn't good enough...he knew the system, so it would have made sense to just keep him
That team had the #1 defense...so expecting better results with a weaker roster isn't realistic. He's just not a strong enough QB to carry a team. When you factor in the disparity between coaching staffs...8-8 in the absolute ceiling for this team until they get a franchise QB. Donks defense isn't dominant anymore...
That roster peaked in 2014...then were gifted a Papa Johns trophy in 2015.
If that team finishes in 3rd place...they should consider it a victory. [Reply]
