I started the winning game day thread the next week after we lost the Bills game last year
I'm here again to start a new beginning, to bring home that 3peat. If I win, I'll continue to start the threads until Clay is ready to bring them home. [Reply]

The biggest story with that Christmas game against Pittsburgh is the Chiefs are being forced to play 3 games in just 10 days, after having a super early bye week on October 13. That includes 2 games against Playoff quality teams in just 4 days from December 21 to December 25. In fairness to Pittsburgh, the Steelers are also stuck playing 3 games in just 10 days from December 15 to December 25. Pretty messed up scheduling from the league. [Reply]

I'll never stop wondering how much, if any, bitching Clark Hunt does to Goodell about persistent issues like this... all the cheapshots on Mahomes, Jones held every single play etc [Reply]

You just described ever fan base in the NFL and how they cope with the Chiefs success. :-) [Reply]

Not worried about the defense, they just need to work on the 3rd down plays as we approach the playoffs.
The defense should be a concern. With the offense having problems, KC will find it very hard to win in the playoffs with how the defense is playing now. [Reply]
I do feel bad for the Panthers fan base since their owner will likely interpret this as evidence that Bryce Young is a real QB. Joking aside, Young played over his head today (which isn't saying much since he is 5' 7" tall)... [Reply]

We don't call him Can't See Shit for nothin'... Chiefs dude body slams someone. Rigged! Conner fucking nails a William Bartee impression on the most obvious DPI you'll ever see. Rigged! Obvious DPI on the 2 point conversion. Rigged! [Reply]

It was a not-so-subtle secret that he bulked up to the 202 he weighed at the NFL combine. I don’t know the dude or anything but I’d imagine he’s actually playing at like 185.
Here is a pic of him next to Kyler who is a legit 5’10” and 205.
Here's Bryce Young next to Kyler Murray.
Murray, measured at 5'10", is wearing taller shoes and is slightly ahead of Young. (From Oct. 2022) pic.twitter.com/CdRWjjklnR

Teams and websites often seem to monkey around with the actual measurements of players, but yeah he looks like an undersized speed receiver out there [Reply]

Made me think about the times I'll watch the WWE and the announcer introduces a wrestler that weights 30-40 lbs. more then what you would guess them as. [Reply]
