Not being sarcastic want to know as I considered it.

I love stuffed mushrooms but I usually serve them as a appetizer, never thought of them as a side dish. But it's a thought to consider changing.

Just looked up how to make a souffle. It may be a bit tricky to do with guests if it fails. And I'd have to be back in the kitchen again working, which takes me away from my guests. I think something I can make in advance would work better. Tho' I could try this first.

It's gluten free though. Awesome.

Not necessarily a copycat. There's one floating around on the web that came straight from an Ollie Gates appearance on local TV. And I'm not sure he left anything out of the recipe, 'cause you're right, it's spot on.

Yep, its crazy easy yet sooo good

I just melt the real butter and garlic together and let it simmer on the lowest heat I can get without the flame going out for about 10 minutes to get that garlic infused with the butter then throw it all in a baking dish under the broiler for a few minutes

Looking forward to my version of cdcox' spanish potatoes as well, gonna go ahead and get them peeled and boiled right now, then finish in the oven much later

Great fights to watch, great food, French vodka... gonna be a good night :-)

OMG! This cognac sauce in steak au poivre is to die for. Sooooo goood!
