Today, the Kansas City Chiefs complete the greatest five-year run in NFL history by winning the third Super Bowl in the Patrick Mahomes era, and the fourth in the franchise's glorious history.
There is a good chance the #Chiefs will have RB Jet McKinnon today. He’s considered a game time decision but he’s expected to go per source. Remarkable that’s he’s been able to get himself ready for this game.
I just went to the grocery store to get some supplies for the game. Denver is a Chiefs town now. I saw a bunch of people wearing Chiefs stuff and not a single person wearing stuff from whatever that other team is. [Reply]
Apparently we have one of the worse defenses against zone, their bread and butter. But their run D is also terrible. I think if we run it well we win it handily, because we'll adjust the D in the 2nd half. But it's going to be unpleasant viewing at times and I think at half time my nerves will be shredded.
Man I would love an early lead and a defensive masterclass. Every pundit has.picked us that I can see. Not sure that makes me more confident [Reply]

Nah. People were saying the same thing when we won the toss against the Ravens and kicked. F that. 9r’s have started slow every playoff game. Stop em on the first drive, and let’s score on that short field :-) [Reply]
ESPN crew all picked the Chiefs to win except for Sam Ponder. Alex Smith, Randy Moss, Rex Ryan, Larry Fitzgerald, and Tedy Bruschi all on the Chiefs side. [Reply]

Again, this defense did just fine, twice, against a Dolphins zone running game that wasn't far off from San Fran's. [Reply]
