Not sure I have the balls to do a 2 QB league. The logistics have never made sense to me. Let’s assume it’s a 10 person league. Everyone needs 2 starters plus at least 1 bench QB. That alone knocks out most/all of the starting QBs. Then you realistically get the teams that want more depth and over drafts early which then comes at the expense of another team who no longer even gets a viable backup. I know that’s strategy, but seems too damn stressful. Amd don’t get me started on injuries/waivers in 2 QB leagues. Cut throat! If you lose a starter to injury, your season is basically over. Too much riding on individual players. [Reply]
I’ve honestly liked our format this year (extra flex) but am open to adjustments in a Democratic fashion / majority preference.
If we go to 12 teams, the second flex definitely goes away as there just isn’t enough depth to make that viable. If I’m hearing some of your correctly, there is questionable depth for the 2nd flex at 10 teams. [Reply]

And that’s what makes it horrible/awesome!! I’ve drafted 4 qbs just to spite other teams!!! Oh, your starting qb is out for the year? What ya gonna offer me? Muuuuuhaaahaaahaaaa!!!
I’m in another league that my buddy does nothing else but makes trades. 2 to 3 trades a week!!!! And people openly trade with him!!! [Reply]
I don't know how to quantify the 2nd flex but I have near-identical teams in 2 leagues. One I'm 6-5 in and spent 4 weeks not changing my active guys during my battle with the COVID, while I'm 2-9 in this league with Keller assisting in actively managing my team at that time. The other league has one instead of 2 flex positions. That at least tells me there is dilution of the top of your roster by the added flex and incorporates more chance in terms of how well your bottom of the roster guys play on any given week.
Now, I haven't looked at the intricate details of scoring but they seem pretty similar in output week to week. I think an extra flex is a bit much but it's whatever, I just don't like it. I'd propose required starts of 1 RB, 1 WR, and 1 TE with 3 open flex spots. Some leagues use 2 kickers instead of 2 QBs as well. I dunno, something we could discuss throughout the year. [Reply]

Well earlier I traded hunt to Hawkeye and then hunt soon after got injured.
But the kicker is I traded Mixon for Carter and McLaurin in another league this past week and Carter immediately got injured. This just hasn't been my year. [Reply]
