Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

The game kinda played out like I thought. Niners pass rush lived up to the hype and they got to him numerous times. But there were a few plays where he pulled some magic stuff on them.
Even that little TD run in the first half was pretty cool. He did like a basketball head fake/ball fake and it froze the defender to make it an easy TD run for him. Stuff like that is exactly why people are idiots for thinking his 40 time really means much. He's got really good agility and he's smart as hell when he runs with the ball. [Reply]

And the Sammy throw. Both were franchise QB throws in the clutch.
Then you had the Kelce interference play. Straight out of Aaron Rodgers' playbook. Defender's back was turned and Mahomes was smart enough to take advantage. Lob it up there and either Kelce gets the TD or the defender gets busted for interference. Set up an easy touchdown in the clutch. [Reply]
You can tell Patrick has a great bond with Kelce and Tyreek.
How stupid is Kareem Hunt feeling right now? Damn idiot could have helped them get back to back rings. I think if they had him to help run the ball against the Patriots last year, they win that game even WITH the Dee Ford offsides play. He threw it all away for himself and hurt the KC team as well.
Damien has really stepped up in Kareem's spot though. Gotta give major props to Damien for playing his tail off on the big stage. He's clutch as can be! [Reply]

People forget just how good Damien was in the Patriots game - but today was the first time where he flat out played like a franchise RB from start to finish. The dude was legendary. [Reply]
Mahomes wasn't his best last night. And in a weird way I love that. We got our super bowl but I think MVPat will have a huge chip on his shoulder. Not like he needed motivation to work harder but every little bit helps. But now mahomes and Reid will never ever have that super bowl monkey on their back. That's huge. [Reply]

Last year the Pats were daring the Chiefs to go to Williams. Mahomes should have taken the checkdowns. This year... Man, Damien flat out balled out. How many 3rd and 4th and shorts did he convert? He was a stone cold killer last night. [Reply]
