I'm just pointing out how weird it was...Smith/Cousins signed 4 year deals. If Horseface thought Keesum was really "his guy"...his contract would reflect that.
So they signed him to a short contract but only have Lynch as a fallback? Kelly has less than a 5% chance of becoming the future of the Broncos (IMO)...it takes more than talent to be a franchise QB. He has mental issues... [Reply]
Chubb will be a good player...but it was a weak class for his position. I dont think he broke 10 sacks a season...Ray had 14.5 coming out, Clowney had 13.5, Watt had 21....Miller 17.
He's not a sack artist...and Denver really didn't need him. Ray was hurt last year...
Chubb had more sacks and TFL's his last two years in college than Jadeveon Clowney, Myles Garrett, and Joey Bosa did. :-)
And? You still pissed away a top 5 pick. You told me Ray and Barrett were studs. Did you lie? At best Chubb is a very poor man's Melvin Ingram. [Reply]

(Garrett actually tied him in sacks)
Chubb never had more than 10 sacks in a season...whether you want to accept that fact or not is your choice. [Reply]
Chubb will be fine. He will be a good player for the Donks. I don't know that he will be quite as good as some Donko homers think he will be. And he was a pick that was not at a position of need for the Donks. But whatever . . . .
Your GM and team architect is still John Elway going forward, so good luck with that in the post-Manning NFL. [Reply]
Chad Kelley just threw and absolute dime to John Diarse going down the sideline and Diarse ALMOST made an insane one-handed grab.... but Jordan Moore came over from his safety position to break it up at the last second.
