Yeah, people can talk all day about bang-bang plays and just let them play... and then when it's your team, not calling a DPI is the worst thing in the world.
And it was clearly DPI, just like the non-call earlier in the game... just because they're only a quarter second earlier doesn't negate they were early. [Reply]

Welcome to the NFL.
That was rough; the kid's 21 years old. They need to help him out. Andy will get it figured out [Reply]
I fucking love the villain role. Man other teams fans are so delusional about this. Clear dpi I mean he catches that shit if he didn't get an elbow to the back of his helmet. [Reply]

Chiefs are the Super Bowl opponent for every single team on the schedule. Gonna get the "A game" performance from everyone else, and KC will have to battle through it. Obviously these are some major points of emphasis as the season goes along:
1. Protect the ball. Fewer turnovers please!
2. Better OL performance, especially LT.
3. Gain more experience for rookie WR & LT
4. Cover & Tackle better on defense
5. Stronger pass rush (Omenihu could help) [Reply]
We’ll be fine, but we were really counting on him to unlock more of the offense. Without him, I just don’t see how the receiving group is that much better than last year. Worthy is nice but he’s still a rookie and you can’t expect to rely on him too heavily yet.
Feels like we may be in for another sort of grind it out/sluggish year on offense which stinks. [Reply]

Meanwhile the other fans are totally cool with the Chiefs losing huge plays on back to back drives from penalties. Kelce had a 41 yard gain called back, effectively a 50+ yard penalty. Before the 4th and 16 DPI on Cincy, the Chiefs had a big gainer play called back to put them in 4th & 16 to begin with. Other fans want Chief games to look like this:
KC Chiefs - 20 penalties for 200+ yards
Opponent - 0 penalties for 0 yards [Reply]
