OMG, that is hilarious and extremely sad at the same time. Didn't stop me from laughing along with the video though! :-)
I saw a guy in a 65 Chevelle doing a burn off at an intersection one time and the rear left wheel came off. That sucker must have bounced 20 feet in the air. Again, it was hilarious seeing that sucker lift in the back, straight back down and sliding to the curb like a dead animal. [Reply]

And I never said that the 72 C20 and the 75 K20 were the exact same vehicle, nor that that I had one for sale, but you felt the need to interject. [Reply]

youre the one being an asshole here when i was just pointing out hes looking for a TOTALLY different LOOKING truck, just to make it clear. and i was prety fucking polite about it, saying he's looking for a different body style isnt shitty in the least.
fuck you, maybe midol would help with your issues today asshole. [Reply]

I wasn't offering him a truck. I was reminiscing with him about growing up with a particular make and model of truck.
I made the differences clear, as well as the fact that I wasn't fulfilling his purchase search. [Reply]

People are enjoying this video, but CP already viewed and discussed it when it happened 2 or so years ago. So I thought it my place to shit on their belated enjoyment. [Reply]

you started with saying your dad has a 72 c20 camper special BUT YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF ASKING FOR HIS KIDNEY
sounds like you thought he may actually WANT your dads truck.
i was just pointing out it was a different body style (hence DIFFERENT LOOKING) truck because that last line made it seem likehe may want it so you were telling him he couldnt have it.
that line made no fucking sense and didnt need to be included since it is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT TRUCK. [Reply]

You missed the proper context. It was 'before you start thinking 72/75, oh heck CLOSE ENOUGH, this isn't a sales pitch.'
Making it clear I was reminiscing about growing up with a make and model [which was the reason mac was looking for a replacement], not proposing a transaction.

I grew up
my grandpa had one
I learned to drive on it
we were close
he's passed on
he passed it to my dad
it carried familial importance
THAT is what I was remarking on, not 'body types' and 'model years.'
And the 'better off asking for his kidney' was about the sentimental value we shared regarding an inanimate object.
