Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
There is some Marino in Pat’s game as well. For age 23-24, they are the two GOATs at such young age. I hope KC can get this championship in 2 weeks. I think Patrick has leadership ability similar to Montana and Brady, but you gotta win that first ring to create a snowball effect in the organization. [Reply]

The guy Mahomes reminds me the most is Elway. Just the way he makes clutch throws out of the pocket on the run. [Reply]

Elway was an inaccurate thrower. If he played in today’s game he’d be thought of as a more creative Josh Allen.
Mahomes is Favre without the bonehead mistakes and a nice set of wheels. He is a QB unto himself. There isn’t any really good historical comparison [Reply]

Us Chiefs fans remember Elway at his best. He was bad a lot against other teams. Patrick is significantly better, especially at protecting the ball. [Reply]
Watching Mahomes glide around the pocket and not hesitate to run for an easy 15 yards when it's there goes to show you just how much his ankle/knee injuries limited his game. No one throws a better ball, but his mobility pretty much makes him impossible to defend in this offense. [Reply]
Wind chill at 5 degrees. Insane performance, especially in that weather. I feel bad for the rest of the AFC. The more positive playoff experience he gets, the more of an avalanche it will be moving forward. [Reply]
