Mahomes has Aaron Rodgers-like pocket presence and an Aaron Rodgers-like arm.
There's just no gameplanning for that type of talent.
The amount of Grade A+ talent at key offensive positions is absolutely ludicrous as well. We've seen top tier QB's racking up yards with one or two A+ supporting players, but four???
When these guys get the chemistry rolling, catch that rhythm, and learn each other like ESP?

The thing I like is that the GM knows good and well that the defense needs to be brought up to the same level, and he will actually follow through on making it happen. [Reply]

Bradford, in that same system, completed 71% of his passes in 2016...and 74% in the two games he played in 2017.
Vikings missed the playoffs in 2016 at 8-8.
Given that Keesum got 4 "gimme" wins against a Rodgers-less Packers/Trubisky led Bears...Yeah.
Arizona, at least, has a competent FO...they signed Bradford for one year then drafted Rosen.
Donks are left to pin their hopes on "Swag" Kelly....
Reminds me of the old days when Chiefs fans used to try and pimp "everyone is a winner" in the off season. "Anything can happen"! :-)
The only thing that is going to happen in Dung Valley is the swinging of the axe at a more regular and repetitive rate as horseface scrambles to cover his very untalented ass.
Johnny boy is the ultimate snake oil salesman, and KnowMo/Tombstone are stocking up Costco-style on the product.
I've only predicted two KC players were going to be "stars" after watching them in their first extended game. Charles and Hill.
Mahomes has that same vibe...and I was in shock after watching him in preseason. It took me a bit to wrap my head around that KC actually just drafted a franchise QB in the making. It's the hardest thing in the NFL to do.
If GMs knew, last season, how he was going to look at this level...he would have been the #1 pick in both 2017/2018. [Reply]
