A 69% drop is enormous. It'll continue to drop at least 50% each weekend for the next month, which will certainly be under expectations.
The backlash isn't helping, either. Once word of mouth travels further when kids are back in school, it might really fall off a cliff.
I think most Star Wars fans would agree that Rogue One was amazing, TFA was good and TLJ left a lot to be desired [Reply]

While I agree about Rogue One (personally I think it's the best Star Wars movie of them all) I really don't get how people can like Force Awakens better than Last Jedi. [Reply]
Luke was going to murder his teenage nephew while he slept because he was afraid he might become evil. I never could have imagined Luke as such a coward based on what I'd seen from the other films. Luke died alone, completely emasculated, as a coward.
And people are surprised a lot of fans hate the movie? Shit man, I'm not a fanboi at all. This film fails from a narrative standpoint enormously if you leave the fan stuff out of it. [Reply]
