Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

People need to give this knee injury shit a rest. Good lord.
It's as bad as the simple sprained ankle morphing in to a high ankle sprain crap. [Reply]

And the fact that Andy Reid/EB are hanging him out to dry 90% of the time doesn't help. When was the last time we saw Mahomes take a 3 step drop and step into a throw.
Passing plays with intermediate or deep routes that take time to develop, the fact that our offense doesn't even pretend to want to run the ball, and having one of the worst offensive lines in recent memory, all make it almost impossible for Mahomes to get into any sort of rhythm whatsoever.
When he plays well, it's a series of just really great plays by Mahomes and the receivers, and not because the offense is running smoothly. Last year the offense kept the defense on their heels, because every part of the offense was clicking at the same time. Now, the offense only succeeds when Mahomes or a receiver make a great play.
Kelce said Mahomes was "winging it, now. Those weren’t just … like shotputs that you usually see in the snow or in a really bad rain game ... I’ve never seen anybody throw the ball like that in the snow, that's for sure."

It would be quite similar to 2018 Kareem Hunt pairing with PMII [Reply]
