Based on what? ElFraud can't draft to save his life. Journeyman Keesum isn't the answer at QB. You have no RB, the no fly zone has became the let it fly zone and now Talib is gone. The offensive line is abysmal, Vance Joseph had no business coaching an NFL team, and let's not forget, ElFraud just spent a 5th overall pick on an area where the improvement was minimal at best. Chubb will only be replacing a former first round pick at the same position. I don't see any reason for optimism in Dung Valley.
