Andy Reid got depantsed in the Super Bowl by Bruce Arians.
Bruce Fucking Arians and Tom Fucking Brady.
Well, you see, Andy Reid is an offensive genius, and how dare we question Andy Reid's genius in not running the ball and not utilizing the screen pass in the face of an epically brutal pass rush, a patchwork offensive line and a QB with a hurt toe?
How dare we question his geniusness?

You guys think the way Clark probably thinks..”if we lose Andy we might not ever find someone good again and be stuck with a Todd Haley, Romeo Crennel or Herm Edwards.”
There’s a lot of good coaches out there.
No, there aren't.
In any given decade, there are only about 5 truly great coaches in the NFL. Give or take one or two. Everyone else is basically a JAG. The same is true of OCs, and DCs, and QBs. That's it. [Reply]

Andy has several playoff seasons to his credit on defensive football teams.
I think you're refusing to see his many major flaws.
We'll see how you excuse him, God forbid, if the flaws you're refusing to see either gets PM killed, has PM decide to give up his dream of a SB and just milk the team for all he can, or drives him to play for a coach that'll take him to his dream. [Reply]

No coach is perfect.
Reid has never driven a QB to do these things in the past.

WORST COACH EVAR
No freaking kidding. People are losing their shit about losing to a HoF QB that's hitting his peak again with a 3rd string QB that was talking to 10th graders 3 months ago. :-) [Reply]

No there aren't. You guys have gone full stupid over this last game.
LaFleur is 7-1
Nagy is 15-8 with an inherited shit ass QB handed to him
Rat Jr has built a damn good team in SF after inheriting shit
Pederson is 34-23 with a Super Bowl
Summer is 53-34 with a ton of QB issues
McDermott is about to take his team to the playoffs 2 of 3 years in with no QB and playing in a division including the Pats
So I even need to mention McVay or Reich?
The problem with teams is they hire these old retread losers like Pat Shurmur , Vance Joseph and Freddie Kitchens who were either not good HC’s before or were not great coordinators before becoming a HC. [Reply]

You all really need to put a sock in it.
Who claimed there's a perfect coach? And fuck sticking a sock in it, I don't want the FQB we finally got to be killed or driven away due to his major flaws.
How about you wake up and see Andy for what he is, a great OC who's ego will always leave huge gaps in other key aspects of a team sport? [Reply]

For every Matt LaFleur there's a Zac Taylor, Matt Nagy, Anthony Lynn, Vic Fangio. I understand the frustration with Andy. As much as I love the guy for his positive traits, each year my frustration with him grows.
But let's not pretend like it's easy to identify a super bowl caliber coach. Who do you suggest? [Reply]
