One of the best WR prospects at the catch point and winning leverage mid-route. He consistently sets up defenders to put them on his back, locates the ball, and attacks it at the highest point.
Rashee Rice was drafted with pick 55 of round 2 in the 2023 draft class. He scored a 9.53 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 145 out of 3062 WR from 1987 to 2023. https://t.co/lwD9tvVPvvpic.twitter.com/YjucxErSE1
You have to pay him! It's not just about giving up Rice and giving up the picks. It's the fact you've got to pay him 30mill a season. That's the issue. [Reply]

Rice might be better than Lamb THIS YEAR.
He’d make $28M less.
Plus giving up draft picks.
With the plethora of weapons this team has going into the 2024 season it's just not a need or a move that needs to be made. There's only one ball and we're going to have 4 to 5 guys craving that ball. We don't need a guy whose cost demands he get the ball constantly. We good! [Reply]

Be it suspension or worse Rice's future isn't exactly solid. The Chiefs aren't exactly dealing with a even deck. Not negotiation time IMHO. He's still on rookie contract and we're not dealing with pocket aces. Hang on till we know.
The smart team isn't the one that trades for Lamb anyway - it's the team that drafts him. The smart team lets Lamb walk once he wants top 5 money and gets compensation in return.
You build your team off Hill leaving - not by trading for guys like Hill... [Reply]
I thought it was pretty well known that he wasn't going to be suspended for the start of the season as they NFL was waiting for the legal situation to play itself out. Clark Hunt said that himself weeks ago. [Reply]

Just a tad of Chiefs football instead of an RIP threat. [Reply]

Whew. My lights flickered last night, and I thought maybe they had pulled the switch on Rashee's electric chair. [Reply]
