All the time it smells nasty and honestly no matter what she wears, it's always gross smelling. She has a clean bill of health, just a nasty odor. She cleans it regularly, but it has a fishy smell, and white toilet paper left behind pieces. She goes to the obgyn, but they say nothing is wrong. She took a yeast infection pill, but the smell never left. I'm really worried about it. What can the smell be?

Don't hold this as gospel as my memory from last week tends to suck, much less years ago. But, I want to say he was a retired person that may not have been in the best health.
I’ve actually always been curious about this. I‘ve always thought it was more of a multiple partner thing than an individual thing.
Or perhaps just a timing thing cause I’ve known multiple girls go from really bad to odorless to pleasant smell At different times. [Reply]

It's a warm wet dark hole. That makes it a breeding ground for bacteria. There's a lot of upkeep at the happiest place on earth [Reply]
From what I know, giving it a cleaning is not the issue. In fact, over cleaning can actually cause this issue by unbalancing the endemic bacteria. It's either that or an internal Ph issue. The issue needs to be addressed through a holistic body system approach, not by continuous scrubbing.
There's quite a difference in an internal odor issue vs a simple sweaty crotch BO issue. This sounds like the former rather than the latter. [Reply]
