Have you learned nothing from KCC?
+/- only matters when it fits the narrative. [Reply]

No, it was one of those instances where the West in a horrible down period where garbage teams like the Lakers can somehow make their way into a WCF through a few great LeBron playoff games (which was quickly shut down by an actual great team in Denver).
That and Curry has always consistently choked against LeBron teams (without KD to lead/save him). [Reply]

They did beat the #2 seed to get to the 2nd round. They got hot and their role players like Rui and Austin played huge roles in their wins. Both have been fairly absent early in the season so far and they need those guys to step up because AD and Lebron aren't going to stay healthy all year. [Reply]

Eh, I think this is a quality roster.
They've taken some hits to depth pieces and Reaves has regressed a bit as a 3rd option (and that was a definite concern), but they're by no stretch of the imagination a team that should be getting dog-walked by the fucking Rockets.
I've said it going back to the pre-season, they have real 'compete' concerns. I chalked it up to pre-season malaise but I'm still seeing it.
This isn't a team that should be below .500. A worse version of this roster WITHOUT Lebron was an above .500 team last spring. They're simply not playing well. [Reply]

Mavs have gotten off to a great start. Luka and Kyrie are playing better together and Lively has been the missing piece they’ve needed up front. [Reply]
Lakers go on a game changing run in the floor without AD out there in the 4th. Bringing him back down the stretch now instead of just keeping him on the bench. [Reply]
