If you think Harbaugh being compared to Matt Ryan is some insult to Harbaugh, you simply don't understand how good Matt Ryan was.
Maybe people don't understand how good Harbaugh is?
Do you not think Harbaugh would win a lot of games with Mahomes? He took Alex to the conference title game and almost won a SB with Kaepy. How many coaches would do more with what he had?
Using that guy's logic, Mahomes put us at a massive disadvantage vs Brady. 6 SBs to 0, and later 7 to 1. With a zillion more passing yds, TDs, etc etc.
What's the massive advantage that Reid's going to give his team this weekend? His brilliant clock management skills? Corndog? Snowglobe? Lol.
Reid obviously has a way better resume. No one's denying that. [Reply]
The weeks we play the Chargers are always kind of dull. Has there ever been a Chargers troll on this board? Given how few fans they have, I'd bet not. [Reply]

We understand how good he is. That's why we are laughing at this crap. Sean Payton was considered a master coach but not now. He looks ordinary. [Reply]

I think fucking Romeo Crennel could win a lot of games with Mahomes, man. Mahomes is that good.
I don't think Harbaugh would be the right coach for Mahomes, though. Look at how he cut the nuts off Herbert. And I don't think he'd get along well in this organization, either. Can you honestly see him being able to accept or work in a 50/50 power dynamic between head coach and GM?
Harbaugh shouldn't have his ass crowned just yet. He had a good thing going in SF and flushed it all down the toilet. What's to stop him from throwing a hissy fit again and managing to get canned in a few years?
This isn't about counting age, experience, and rings, either. There are a handful of coaches in the league not named Andy Reid who I think are pretty damn good at their jobs and wouldn't be that much of a downgrade from Reid. Harbaugh still has shit to prove before I put him on that list, particularly in his first year with his new team and his first year back in the pro ranks. [Reply]

List the coaches who would have done more with what Harbaugh had in SF. [Reply]

I still seethe thinking of that wannabe Fran Tarkenton beating us in the 95 playoffs. I hope we put it together and crush them. Harbum can eat a bag of dongs. [Reply]

I'm definitely not crowning him. But I do think he's probably among the elite coaches in the league. You have to rate Andy higher based on accomplishments, but that doesn't mean we have a massive coaching advantage this weekend. This isn't Reid vs Nate Hackett.
Like I said, by Red Dawg's logic, KC was at a massive disadvantage at QB in every matchup with Brady. [Reply]

I never said massive advantage in my original post. Only a coaching advantage. Throw away rings and Andy is still miles ahead and so is his staff. Jim is not junk but he's overrated this far. Andy has won with crap at QB and crap as skill players on 2 different teams. Jim was praised like he was Saban when he got one championship in 9 years of trying. He's like 7 in the NFL in reality. Andy is 1. [Reply]

You keep saying "massive" which no one else has said. You're doing it to bolster your point because you're dug in and won't acknowledge the obvious fact that by every possible metric, Reid is the superior coach, to say nothing of our obvious advantages when it comes to assistants. I know it's impossible to admit you're wrong on the internet, but you should really give it a try. [Reply]
