Rained last night, then sleeted then froze here in Garden City. Now blowing like hell. Sucks to have livestock in this weather. Just have showpigs now so they are in the barn under the heat lamps! Please stay on electricity! Most schools around us closed. [Reply]
#kswx A detailed view of the Garden City tornado path from the Dodge City National Weather Service damage survey. Blue triangles indicate EF0 damage. Green triangles show EF1 damage. The line on the path is approximate. Time of the tornado was approximately from 3:40-3:50 PM… pic.twitter.com/Jn0GjKhfxE

That was yesterday, unless a blizzard snow tornado hit again.
It just had to hit all of the good stores. ****.
The city is more protected, that tornado exposed them inside their bubble. I know we had sustained 80mph with gusts to 100 a few years ago.
I'm talking for hours. My entire farm looked like the great sand dunes. I have pics of my kids hanging out like they were on the beach. Had to use the drag to pull all the sand off the yard. It was insanity. [Reply]
Severe thunderstorms are possible tonight, mainly in the evening hours in northeast and east-central Kansas. Slightly greater severe thunderstorm potential comes Monday afternoon and evening along and southeast of Interstate 35. Stay weather-aware! #kswxpic.twitter.com/8cis4qtCV5
Yes, we're under an elevated (or is it extended?) risk for severe weather with golf ball sized hail and larger, and of course the tornadoes, here in northeast Oklahoma. Be careful.
Edit: I guess it goes all the way to Texas, could be a rough night. [Reply]
