I hear ya... in the end, we're all just throwing out opinions. If any of us knew what we were talking about on a grand scale with some consistency, we'd have a nice job in an NFL front office.
I am not going to get bent out of shape one way or the other with the draft. I'll dislike a selection of Mayfield or Allen, but other than that ... all I can do is cheer for the jersey. [Reply]
I wonder what kind of value Paxton Lynch has. He really hasn't shown enough to be classified as a total bust yet and he was OK against KC week 17.
If Denver does trade up to #2 they might be able to get a late 2nd or 3rd for Paxton. If the Giants were going to draft Barkley or Chubb at #2 no matter what, getting #5, #40, #99 and Paxton could be a pretty good get for them. [Reply]

On the Pick Six Podcast, CBS NFL Insider Jason La Canfora lists the Broncos as a team that wants to trade down.
"Denver? He doesn't want to make that pick. They don't want to take a quarterback, they certainly don't want to pay a quarterback $6 million to sit behind Case Keenum," La Canfora said. "A lot of the players they like will be there outside the top 10 and will be a little cheaper and the pressure's off a little bit and Elway hasn't drafted well so give me more opportunities." The Broncos have often been mentioned as a QB landing spot, but if La Canfora is right, that's not going to happen. At least not with pick five. [Reply]

I change my mind. What a moron. You'd have to trade Harris to get a 2nd. He's not happy in Denver. [Reply]

I know little about Rudolph... but the only way I would be content with him in R2 is if they trade out of 5 with the Bills and get 12/22 and take guys that can potentially provide an impact now. [Reply]

If Arizona or Miami miss out on a QB, I could see them giving up a 3rd or a 4th for him.
Meh... you'd be lucky to get a 5/6, maybe... and that might be a 2019 pick. Dude has little value and would likely only be part of a trade package that had picks involved. [Reply]
