If Rosen is on the board at 5, Denver should take him and then do everything they can to fortify their OL.
If Rosen stays healthy, he can be pretty darn good. [Reply]

They could decide to go to the Colts at #6, if Elway wants to play hardball. Elway has pretty much tipped his hand that he doesn't want a QB by engaging in discussions to trade down. [Reply]

They arent going to trade until they know which QBs are still available. They most certainly are working out details in advance...every team does this. [Reply]
I love the comments in the Harris nfl.com article about how "the no fly zone" still exists...even without Talib. That fan base is delusional...and hasn't quite accepted that they were 5-11 last season.
They went from the #3 ranked team (2015) in passing TDs given up...to 28th last year. Yes..that is 4th worst in the NFL.
They went from #1 in yards per pass attempt to 18th...
"Let it fly" zone is more accurate...
Their fans seem to think they are still a SB caliber defense...just need a game manager QB. [Reply]

Hey! I coined the phrase "let it fly zone". You can't just use it without giving me credit.
J/K. Use it all you want. It fits. You're absolutely correct. The no fly zone is history. That defense has fallen off a cliff since Wade left. It's crazy how the Donk faithful can't see that. You know, the funny thing is that even when it was the no fly zone, it never was against the Chiefs. Alex had some of his best games against the Donks. I don't remember them ever shutting him down, despite him being just a game manager. [Reply]
#Browns GM John Dorsey to me within the hour on if they've settled on the #1 pick: "We've had really good discussions & that starts with the personnel staff...the coaching staff, the head coach & ownership. I think we are in alignment. Everybody understands what's going on here."

1. Allen
2. Chubb
3. Mayfield
4. Barkley
5. Darnold
It would be hilarious to hear you say Mahomes is a turnover machine when pumping a player that turned the ball over 35 times in the last 2 years. [Reply]
You're full of it. I said months ago that that my QB preferences were 1. Darnold 2. Mayfield 3. Rosen 4. Allen. I even said I'd take Chubb or Barkley over Allen. [Reply]
