That’s awesome! Chasing some birds has been weighing on me heavy lately. Haven’t been since probably 2015-16. My male Brittany is 13 now. My females 5 and regretfully has never been. My sons 11 and about that age we can chase some. Really can’t wait to do it again life just hasn’t lined up.
Also got invited to join a Colorado elk hunt in November. Very tempting. [Reply]

Some hot coals and little BBQ sauce baste and you’re on to something. Good looking bird. I’ve been thinking about buying some hatchlings and trying to establish some on my 120 with the hedgerow in the middle. I don’t see many pheasant around Wichita.
I’ve actually seen a few good size groups of quail down there. Thinking about going to clear some out to eat. [Reply]
