Andy Reid got depantsed in the Super Bowl by Bruce Arians.
Bruce Fucking Arians and Tom Fucking Brady.
Well, you see, Andy Reid is an offensive genius, and how dare we question Andy Reid's genius in not running the ball and not utilizing the screen pass in the face of an epically brutal pass rush, a patchwork offensive line and a QB with a hurt toe?
How dare we question his geniusness?

Oh, and Spags? The "great Brady Killer"? They had his defense figured out by the 2nd quarter and he couldn't adjust it. He was Bob Sutton Jr. [Reply]

You are off your rocker.
Pats division is a flaming pile of dogshit, too.
Texans lost to the goddamn Titans a few weeks ago. Colts nearly lost to Denver.
Get some perspective. This team is in prime position to make it's run.
Haley was the coach that had us in first at Halloween in 2011.
Crennel took over the last 3 games and then turned the same roster into the 2-12 suicideAIDS squad.
But the Texans nearly lost to the Titans...and Andy Reid ALWAYS loses to the Titans, for some reason...and we do have the Titans coming up soon... [Reply]
KC decided to punt to GB from the KC 40 on 4th & 3 with 5:13 remaining in the 4th while losing 24 to 31.
With a Surrender Index of 13.72, this punt ranks at the 98th percentile of cowardly punts of the 2019 season, and the 95th percentile of all punts since 2009.
If the Chiefs went for it on 4th and 3 and didn't get it... fine, I think most people could live with that outcome (back-up QB, missing three starters on the offensive line, etc.).
But for Andy not to even give his team a legit chance at the end was gutless. [Reply]

Which far, far exceed him being an "offensive genius" because those things actually fucking matter in crunch time....as we've seen over and over again.
It's why the people that talk shit about NE and think we'll easily beat them and we're a threat to them make me laugh...when it matters the most Belichick has consistently outcoached Reid and why exactly would that change now? [Reply]

Absolutely.
The fact that Clay is trying to defend that shit is LAUGHABLE, and means that Clay is a coward, as well. [Reply]
The vaunted Patriots defense gave up 130+ to Chubb and a bad Browns O line. 6.6 ypc by a BB defense. It’s not like you can just key on the run game when AR is the opposing quarterback. [Reply]
I think that he should have run the football on 3rd down instead of the pass. Perhaps he gets the 3 yards. Perhaps he gets one or two of them. If so...……..then going for it on 4th and 1 is a no brainer.
The third down call is the one that made the 4th and 3 an issue. It certainly was, or should have been a 4 down situation. You run the football on 3rd down in that situation...............….every f***ing time!
