Next would be Peyton Manning gamesmanship freedom to change plays in the huddle to no huddle and identification presnap to alter hots.

Watch out. I got blasted for saying that a few months ago.

It will be fun to revisit it after the Lions game.

I think we change the name of Arrowhead to Mahomes Stadium, and pay him 10 mil a year for the naming rights. Then factor that into the “hometown” Brady/Kraft discount.

IMO, when Reid retires from coaching being 63 years old PMII will have that Bradyy/Peyton freedom to run the no huddle especially to grind offsides penalties for an unprepared oppsition.

Peyton was basically his own offensive coordinator. He called the plays himself. He didn't just audible hot routes and run hurry up.

No joke, it's a generalization I was making it more concise

Just making it clear to those saying "he's already doing that". Yes he calls audibles, but he isn't the play caller. He's smart enough and sees the defense well enough that he might some day, but probably not till Reid retires.

Yep... Strange they didn't have time to show it... I wonder why?

Mahomes is so wicked with his eyes. He looks off safeties better than anyone who's ever played the position. They are right when they say he actually plays QB like a point guard on a fast break.

That's because Mahomes, with his ability to throw off platform, actually 'looks off' the safeties with more than his eyes. He uses his feet and entire body.

It's effectively like pump faking DURING a throw.

He even did it on the short pass and long run to Watkins. His whole body shows a guy throwing to the sideline and he tosses it over the middle.
