I also made a recipe I found on a box of stuffing. Classy shit. Anyway, it was a box of stuffing, 1 and 1/4 cup of blue cheese, 1 and 1/2 pounds of diced chicken, a can of petite diced tomatoes, some garlic and some basil. Not bad at all. [Reply]
Oh I had cornbread. It was left over from last night. I had planned to make chicken and dressing out of it but I got lazy and went with the store bought stuffing.
My cornbread recipe if anyone is interested:
Cornbread
1 Cup of yellow Cornmeal
1 tablespoon Allpurpose Flour
1 and 1/2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup of Buttermilk
1 Large Egg
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Grease 8'' skillet with lard or bacon grease and heat for 5 minutes
Combine Dry Ingredients
Mix Buttermilk and Egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Pour into hot skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. [Reply]

Try it with sour cream instead of buttermilk once. [Reply]
