The Bills have been planning to trade up for a QB in the 2018 class for two years now, and it looks like none of the teams in the top 5 have any interest in leaving.

If 3 of the top 4 QB's are gone within the first 3 picks, and Cleveland is dead set on Barkley/Chubb, the Bills would trade almost anything to Denver for the last of the top 4 QB's.

:-) Yeah, no. You see, Knowmo, there's a thing that NFL teams do that's called scouting. They dont just sit on their hands and say "hurr durr, any of the 4 is fine." If their guy falls to 5, then yes, they probably will try to trade up with you. You don't give 3 1sts just to settle on the 4th best prospect.
