If you ever wondered how KU let him get out of their own backyard, look no further. [Reply]

Find me another game where a team turned the ball over 3 straight times to blow a 6 point lead in a minute in regulation and then did the same thing again with a 6 point lead with 18 seconds in overtime (and shooting FTs)
You won’t be able to do it; we had a 99.999% chance to win that and literally did every single thing we possibly could have to lose. We literally could have spent the end of regulation and end of overtime fouling Houston and it would have worked out much better than what we did [Reply]

Tonight was more about KU **** ups and Houston taking advantage than one of the best players of all time going crazy.
Yeah, this was just a pure choke. Houston managed to take advantage of it but that’s the takeaway. This is what this team will be in any pressure moment apparently.
There’s a lot of blame to go around to pretty much everybody but Flory and Griffen but I can’t forget about Shakeel Moore fouling a player with his back to the basket up 2 points with 10 seconds left. There’s only so much Self can do with this kind of dumbassery going on. [Reply]
What sucks most of all is they are going to waste their best NBA prospect in 12 years on this group (and probably do it with him on the bench in March).
Talent very much isn’t the issue with this team either, everything else is. [Reply]

That was literally the biggest meltdown in KU basketball history (and it’s a long ****ing history)
I mean that the game itself was just ONE regular season game. Yes, it was a big one, and yes, it was a monumental collapse, but it wasn't season ending. Still have half of the season left. The two games I mentioned were much worse for the team that lost. Just wasn't KU's night tonight. They ran into a team that wanted it more who took advantage of KU's mistakes. That's all. KU will be a factor in the end. [Reply]
