Mayfield benefited from playing with elite talent everywhere as well as elite coaching at OU.

Watch him when the game is evenly matched. Clemson made him look like a scrub in 2015. Georgia shut him out in the 2nd half when it mattered.

He’s way overhyped

I’m with you guys on Mayfield. My top 5 would be

1. Darnold
2. Rosen
3. Allen
4. Jackson
5. Mayfield

Its funny to me how articles can quote 'anonymous' sources. If that was an essay you would receive no marks.

This nfc qb coach :-) must never have watched Rosen. That guy has great accuracy and touch

I do agree that Mayfield has good accuracy. But any qb should be able to hit guys when they have as much time as he had.

You truly are one dumb bastard. Must suck not being able to evaluate talent or know real, legit scouts.

Denver showed their cards when they overpaid Keesum. They aren't drafting a QB top 5...sorry. It would be funny if they pissed it away on one of these scrubs though.

Elway is a Lil Chiefy when it comes to team building, so they aren't going QB.

I see a trend...

Sam Bradford's 2016 contract with the Eagles: 2 years, $36M with $22M guaranteed. Traded up and drafted a QB #2 overall two months later.

Mike Glennon's 2017 contract with the Bears: 3 years, $45M with $18.5M guaranteed. Traded up to draft a QB #2 overall two months later.

Case Keenum's 2018 contract with Broncos: 2 years, $36M with $25M guaranteed.
