All this talk about series, how network TV Sucks, and how hard it is to find quality shows, and some excellent shows that fly under the radar, I need a comprehensive review of all the series I need to see.
For good entertainment, I would be willing to buy DVD sets. But I've recently picked up HBOGO by kiping it from my parents, and recently got Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Here is a listing of shows that I currently own or have seen all the episodes of. If it isn't on the list, just assume I haven't seen it.

I work a fuckton, so it is hard for me catch a series while it is on to get it on the DVR, but I recognize the entertainment value and am willing to go after the Must See shows. Accordingly, I'm not necessarily looking for anything that is still running. I'm up for watching stuff that has run its course.
So what say you, Planet? Which shows should I see?
Laughed out loud every episode of Sprung on amazon; but it's free with my Samsung plus channels I can login and watch as a guest; really makes fun of the "pandemic" [Reply]

I loved the original which is why I likely hated this 'reboot'; a friend of mine slugged it all the way through and said Boyd was in last episode; so maybe there is hope if there is another season; but it definitely needs more characters like Winona and Ava... [Reply]

I love almost anything Greg Garcia does ( My name is Earl, Raising Hope & The book). Not so much Yes Dear. Martha Pimpton kills it in Raising Hope and Sprung. [Reply]

Trying to power through since I loved the original.
But man they really try to make it hard. Couldn't understand a word the daughter was saying with her constantly using the baby voice.
Then they force a sexual relationship with Raylan and the fat old black lawyer.
Like what the hell?? He goes from Winona and Ava to that. [Reply]

So I actually finished it. Same complaints but the last episode wasn't too bad.
Why couldn't they have just done that this season? Would have been a million times more entertaining. Maybe they knew that this season sucked and threw out a lifeline to get a second season?
Spoiler!
Boyd broke out of prison and they brought Winona back
Enjoyed watching Bodies on Netflix. It's about four London detectives, in four different time periods, find themselves investigating the same murder. The first two episodes are confusing but it gets better as it goes along. [Reply]

Just finished Bodies last night and thought it was really well done
Its a good story that was well shot, performed and scored but most of all they crescendo'd the season in the last episode.
So many good shows seem to sputter across the finish line but Bodies nailed it. Could be due to no pressure of a second season (at least I can't think of how the could continue with the same story, so maybe a completely different story and new cast ala White Lotus). It was really really well done though imo. [Reply]
I searched the thread and didn't see it mentioned, but I have been watching "Upload" on Prime and getting a kick out of it. There are some brilliant aspects to it. Especially if you've ever worked in online advertising/marketing. [Reply]
