I was in Sams club few days ago and picked up one of these for 40 bucks. It has the 4 probes instead of one like Home Depot and Lowes sell for same price. The Igrill2 goes for about 100 bucks with 4 probes on Amazon.
So I picked out a 7 lbs packer and a slab of pork spare ribs at Sams to give it a try on the WSM. Its pretty nice but it doesn't get the 150' bluetooth range thats state on box but I didn't buy that claim anyway. It works from the easy chair in front the TV and thats good enough for me. I still like my Maverick as I have been across the street sitting with neighbor on their back porch. [Reply]

Pork chops from SAMs. They kind of sucked. They were good in the samples but after they cooled some they weren't particularly good. But not bad for just heating in a pan. If we do it again we are going to grill them with BBQ sauce.

Potatoes are out of the box.
Green beans are frozen.
Looks like center cut pork chops. They can go dry real fast, not a lot of fat in them to keep them juicy. Need a marinade or something to help. [Reply]

Any pie that has been frozen isn't a pizza. It's grocery store cardboard topped with sauce and cheese. And the meat... is it really meat?
No if you want to say that LC's is one of the worst pizzas of the pizza chains, you won't have any disagreement from me. But I sure do like their crazy bread.
I used to have a friend who owned at Big Cheese Pizza back in the day. Do you know pizza is one of the cheapest things to make? A cheese pizza cost him about a quarter to make. 10 dolla pease [Reply]

I was not exaggerating or lying when I said I'd rather have a Totinos than a LC.
And if you're making a cheese pizza for a quarter, you're buying terrible ingredients. Good cheese is not cheap. [Reply]
