Kelly isn't your typical 7th round QB. He was legit 1st or 2nd round talent who got knocked down by dumb decisions and multiple injuries. I'm not betting on him panning out, but if he does, he can be really good.

Joseph said that Chad Kelly is in good shape — “he’s lean” — and has been back at the team facility for the past two weeks working out on his own. He praised how Kelly was around every day last year, in meetings, learning even though he couldn’t play.
