This is correct. I believe this was going on during the 2024 Olympics, especially for swimmers. [Reply]

Maybe I've been living in Austin to long and hearing about how great UT is, even in BB this year.
I guess I let emotions get the best of me when a team like UK comes into town with the opportunity to knock UT off the possible bubble for the tourney.
I'm still pissed A&M let them come back and win after being up 21 in the 2nd half. :-) [Reply]

Gotcha. I don't live in Austin so you probably get inundated with CRAZY expectations. You definitely know more about the local vibe than I do. I live in Galveston and folks in Southern Texas did not take University of Texas basketball seriously this season. They got lucky beating A&M. The Aggies thought it was over when they were up 21, and allowed UT back in that game...
I mean realistically the Horns are probably the 4th or 5th best team in Texas, right?
