They can cut him for all I care. RBs are just so absurdly fungible. There are a dozen street free agents as capable of playing halfback in this league as Steele.
Or again, with his affinity for contact, he IS a fullback. Everything he does is like a fullback even if the loons that watched him pick on 3rd stringers took great offense to it.
Teach the kid to play fullback and let him be a STs specialist at the expense of Skyy Moore.
But he doesn't need to touch the football again. [Reply]

In what world was this guy doing ANYTHING well?
CP gets an idea in their heads and just will not let it go.
At his absolute best he was maybe adequate.
Playing well (for a rookie UDFA).
I didn't expect much, and he was adequate. Good enough for me.
But you CANNOT turn the ball over as a HB. You just can't. [Reply]

Yeah, he sucks.
There's a difference between fumbling and the defense causing a fumble. Kelce did the exact same thing vs. the Bangles and got one punched out. It's a lot more frustrating when an 8 year vet lets it happen.
This dude is in game 4 and he does cover the ball with both hands. My guess is he won't uncover it with one for an extra yard or two any more... [Reply]
