If our running defense is fixed this year and the secondary is at least competent- we will be hard to beat.
With as much work as Mahomes has put in this offseason- I don't see any QB winning a shootout against him this year- no more losing to the Rams and Pats while scoring a ton of points like we did last year.
The Lambs game was Mahomes' worst of the season, IMO.
Played like a warrior, but overreached the team's grasp.
Of course, the o-line and protection backs did us no damn favors.
Still scored 51. (1 from Bailey ... but the Lambs got two from their D).
The moral of the story is that Mahomes won't make those mistakes again (I don't believe). The days of losing the ball in the backfield are over.

Never underestimate D coords and pro football player. BB quieted a PM for a half in the afc championship game. I have a feeling coordinators have burned the midnight oil studying Pats tape. Ooof. I think I would send constant pressure with no less than 5 guys rushing every pass play and try to come up with some exotic mix of zone and man coverages he and Andy haven't ever quite seen before on each play; play zone with a couple of guys on the short crossing stuff and TRY to play man over the top? Shit, I don't know. I quit.
