I can never seem to get videos on Chiefs.com to play properly. I'm using Chrome and Windows 7. or 10x.
What browser are you guys using? And, am I the only freaking Chiefs fan on Earth that can't get this to work?

I had this problem, too, also using Chrome and Win 10. Here's what worked for me, although it still takes a really long time for the videos to finish loading and actually play even on a google fiber connection.
1. Go to a video on chiefs.com
2. Click on the lock icon in the far left side of the address bar next to the url
3. Click on "site settings"
4. It will open a new tab for site settings. Scroll down until you see "Flash" and change the drop down from "ask (default)" to "allow"
5. close the settings tab and it will save your preferences for chiefs.com (you will only have to do it once and it will apply to the whole site)
6. Go back to the chiefs.com video page and you will see a prompt at the top of the page with a blue button asking you to reload the page. Click reload.
Like I said, this finally allowed the videos to eventually play for me but they still take forever to load. It first loads a static image of the video content with no video controls but eventually it turns into a flash video. If this doesn't work you may have to disable your adblocker for he chiefs.com website. [Reply]
