If Allen was able to throw to a guy like AJ Green or hand it off to Knowshon Moreno his last year in college he probably could've completed over 60% of his passes too.

He probably could've done it if he had Ricky Wagner, Zeitler, and Travis Frederick blocking for him like Wilson did.

Allen did complete 66% of his passes in 2015 btw :-)
