Doing a search Buzz it does go by a name Bottom Sirloin Tip. I have seen this in meat department but always associated it with some sirloins that are like a leather soled shoe. [Reply]
Cracker crust dough I made Saturday night and cooked tonight. I thought it was going to be the worst pizza I ever made, came out better than I thought.
Okay a couple of nights ago. Spaghetti and Meatballs with salad.
Can barely see the meatballs they're so smothered in sauce.
Then tonight, Beef Beef Stroganoff over egg noodles. Same salad but didn't take another pic. I forgot to shoot a picture of homemade chocolate pudding with whipped cream that I made. Now why did I forget to do that?
I used Pioneer Woman's Beef Stroganoff recipe which called for brandy and a touch of dijon mustard which I tested first. Lends a much better flavor. But I used a little more sour cream than she called for...just a little. Delicious!

Looks great, I'm starving. Wife is in bed with a migraine and the son is asleep because he has to be at work at 2 in the morning. Me, I'm just trying to be quite and drinking a few beers while watching Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Prolly throw in some left over pizza in the oven in a bit. [Reply]

That's the winner IMHO! Looks great and make me want to find a local place that serves it. :-) [Reply]
