I've often wondered why yoga isn't a regular part of every NFL team's program. So many injuries are caused by inflexibility and tears of tendons and such that yoga would be really beneficial.

There was some former NFL player who was a track star, I can't remember exactly, recently came out and said warm ups in the league are basically pitiful and he's not surprised there are so many injuries.
